Year 6
Welcome to the Year 6 page.
Year 6 is a supportive and purposeful year where we nurture every child to feel confident, capable, and ready for the next stage of their education. We focus on developing independence, resilience, and a strong work ethic, while encouraging pupils to take pride in achieving their personal best.
Our curriculum is carefully structured to prepare children for secondary school, with high expectations and targeted support. Pupils take part in key experiences such as our residential trip, SATs, and transition activities, all designed to help them reflect on their progress and look ahead with confidence.
It’s a year of challenge, growth, and celebration—and we’re proud of everything our Year 6 pupils achieve.
